We accept all major PPO dental plans and will file your claims for you. We are also in-network providers for Delta Dental and Metlife. We will make every effort possible to give you a good faith estimate of what your insurance will cover. However, insurance policies are complex and occasionally change. Please understand you as a patient are ultimately responsible for all charges.
We gladly accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. Failure to do so may result in a fee. Please respect our time and the time of our other patients.
